Fees for Services
Individual Therapy:
- $180.00 per 60-minute session (50-minute therapy session; 10 minutes documentation)
- If additional time is needed during a session, fees will be adjusted accordingly.
- In certain circumstances, you may qualify for a lower fee.
Children and Youth Group Sessions:
- $50.00 per person for 60-minute session

Workshop Facilitation
Cardinal Sage Holistic Wellness Centre has provided customized group training for volunteers, community-based organizations, and health regions.

All fees are payable immediately after each session unless otherwise negotiated.

We schedule online (video conferencing/zoom), phone, and in-person appointments.
Cancellation or No-Show Policy
A minimum of 48-hours notice is required to cancel your appointment. If you do not provide sufficient notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full hourly rate of $160.00.
